  The Dr. Nicola is an excellent doctor who appears to know his craft very well. He is a very nice person and with a beautiful bedside manner so to speak. My negatives have to do with the office manager and here I now realize I'm reading on thin ice as the office manager is his wife.
  
  As a Viet Nam vet I came into contact with Agents Orange, White and Purple. Yes these are real as well as other named colors. The Va has requested some forms to be filled out by my doctors or at the least copies of records. The policy is "We don't do disability forms and if you want copies of your records for review by the VA you will have to pay 50 cents a page." I am a retired enlisted man on social security which equates to limited funds my records would be in the Hundreds I would imagine. All other doctors either filled out forms or in one cases charged $35.00. I realize the good doc will most likely never see any of the reviews as there is a filter system at the office . My heart doctor needed an up to date lab report and as the office has an in house lab section I requested a blood work (it would be quicker) The office manager refused the request as I had one that was 4 months earlier and stated that was all the other doctor needed. The fact that I may have a recently discovered (As I recall) aneurism and they wanted to compare results. Her stated reply was that the old test was good and recent enough. The heart doctor used his own sources. There was a request for a copy of the report though.
  
  Final comment: If you want a good doctor see doc Nicola. Also most of the staff are wonderful. If office policy is important to you. Well.
